I love a classic, 90-minute practice where we get to go deep. I know you might not be able to fit that in every day, but when you can, your whole nervous system and physical body will thank you. In this class we spent some time getting grounded on the front end with prananyama and other techniques to help the mind quiet. Then we got busy building heat, opening deeply (hips and hamstrings get extra love today) and going upside down. Yoga Nidra in savasana to send you floating off your mat. Enjoy, yogis!
