With all the distractions in our lives it's easy to forget to take time for ourselves. Yoga really can help us focus our attention on the present moment. If you're just starting out and find it hard to focus your attention on your breath, that is totally normal. It just takes time and practice. Use this practice to work on it! Remember not to be hard on yourself if you have difficulty. Just gently bring your attention back to your breath and have some fun!
