This practice is of a breath offering – A way to give our breath as a gift and a gesture of kindness. It is a way of remembering a larger community of people and other beings on the planet, such as animals and nature. This is an opportunity in a small way to give back to those people and things who have given so much to us, both alive and passed on. The beauty of this practice is the practice itself.
