This is a blessing practice I learned form Martin Pretchel, a Shaman in one of the Mayan traditions. This is a beautiful way to remember that we are part of a rich diverse community of plants and animals.

Tactical Breathing is a practice utilized by military, police, and firefighters to reduce stress and maintain calm in disruptive environments. Whether the disruption is internal (in one's head) or external (in one's surroundings) this technique will help! It is a very effective and fast practice that will promote focus, more clarity, a slower heart rate and reduce anxiety and stress.
