Anger is fiery energy and is healthy when it's conscious and used to honor ourselves and set loving boundaries. When it's reactionary, it becomes toxic in our bodies. We begin our practice with a short and powerful breath and spinal warm-up series that diminishes tension and allows energy to flow freely during the meditation that releases toxic anger, offering a stronger path to honor yourself.
