Today's rigorous class continues the work of strengthening and balancing the second chakra - the energy center of creativity, emotions and prosperity. This class also begins to bring the kundalini energy - the energy of awareness and your full potential - upward through the navel center - our center of strength. There's quite a bitof deeply cleansing and energizing breath of fire in today's session,so for those of you who are pregnant or on your moon cycle, please take long deep breaths in and out through the nose instead. This class includes a 3-minute experience of Sat Kriya - one of the most important and powerful exercises in Kundalini Yoga that Yogi Bhajan taught. Enjoy!
