A gentle yet challenging class that focuses on releasing and apana -the eliminating energy or force in the body. This class introduces theBreath of Fire - a repeated rapid breathing technique done through thenose or mouth that deeply detoxifies and energizes. We invigorate andcleanse the nerves through a powerful "wake-up" set leading into a twist-focused set that tones and strengthens the colon, and digestive and elimination organs. Oh, there's a little shaking and dancing near the end of class, too! Release what isn't serving you ;)
