When you think of restorative backbends, "wheel" probably isn't the pose that comes to mind - unless you have used a chair to support you. This session will show you how to use a chair to create the shape of wheel using gravity to open up your chest. You will sense the relationship of "engaging your core" and how that balances out your wheel to create sukha/spaciousness in your entire spine!
