A post-running sequence to balance out your body after running. Special attention given to the hamstrings, calves, ankles, Achilles tendons, and QL, along with your psoas, hip flexors, quads and shoulders. Running is wonderful for your cardiovascular health, and for mental focus, but you also want to feel good in your body when you aren't running!
