Yoga for Runners

Whether you're a serious, longtime runner or you jump on your elliptical many times a week, there's no doubt adding some yoga to your mix will help with your endurance (hello lung capacity!), stamina and longterm well-being. Stretching after a run is a very good way to make sure you're developing long, lean muscles, and it's the best way we know to prevent injuries over time! Give your hips, hamstrings, quads, calves, ankles and feet some love with teachers who run and know how to support you!
