Yoga For Runners

This practice is designed as post run rehab for hips and hamstrings. We will focus in particular on the iliotibial band and protecting injuries; especially concerns with the knees, which can become vulnerable after prolonged running. Poses include: Downward Facing Dog, Forward Fold, Warrior II, Triangle, Pyramid, Side Stretch, Bound Angle and Supine Hand to Foot Pose (Hamstring Stretch).
