The class had a slow build up through warm-ups, Surya A and B (withvariations), into standing poses, balancing poses, and rotated standing poses, culminating in Side Crow, Koundinyasana and inversions. Then wedid some thigh stretches, hip openers and backbends, finishing withfloor poses and Savasana. All in all a well-balanced, full-spectrum class!
