The class had a slow build up through warm-ups, Surya A and B (with variations), into standing poses, balancing poses, and rotated standing poses, culminating in Side Crow, Koundinyasana and inversions. Then we did some thigh stretches, hip openers and backbends, finishing with floor poses and Savasana. All in all a well-balanced, full-spectrum class!
