This practice is all about coming back to center. We start with grounding techniques and tune into the breath. We build heat and you will find core work is interlaced throughout the practice. Once we're nice and warm, we will play with traditional headstand. Pro tip I meant to mention but didn't: if you are comfortable in a headstand but new to lifting the legs rather than bending your knees or taking a little "hop" working in a corner might help you feel secure!
