Hyper kyphosis can leave you feeling stuck and stiff. In this session, you will start in a chair and begin to explore how to release the stiffness in the spine and feel how your spine can move in all directions and even undulate with the rhythm and support of the breath. Then come to stand and feel how to position your pelvis and spine over your legs so that you are standing tall. You will begin to feel more supple and steady with increased strength and mobility.
