This well rounded level 1/2+, or 2, is designed to target the whole body in a short 45 minute practice. It starts standing, and after some half, and full Sun Salutations, moves into the standing series. It is not a flow class, but rather a precise step out to the side and hit the poses, find your breath, and steady your mind practice. After the standing series, it some core work, backbends, hips, and hamstrings, ahhhh, Shavasana. Practice, be healthy, be happy, Peace&Stillness, Charlie
