If you're looking for an energizing, creative flow with a sprinkling of yoga sculpt here and there, tons of hip opening and core strengthening, and some fun with finding bandhas in your handstands, then you've come to the right class :) Intermediate students are welcome, I ALWAYS offer building blocks and variations, just please make sure you listen to your body and work smart! Enjoy yogis!

This is an advanced class but there are building blocks for every single advanced pose, so intermediate yogis are welcome! Get ready to breathe deeply and open your hips and hamstrings along with your shoulders and upper back, strengthen your core and get ready for hippie arm balances including koundinyasana 2 and grasshopper pose! Handstands with wide straddle variations are also in our mix today. And we end with Yoga Nidra in Savasana, so bliss awaits you! Take a little extra time for a deep savasana and see how great you feel after all that work!

A well-rounded slow flow with a focus on opening your hips, hamstrings, and quads. These physical areas are often most associated with emotions that may need to be released. Let’s breathe, move and play our way to a better day by getting things unstuck. I give lots of options to help you take good care of yourself while still inviting you to push your personal edge.

Great for days when you have a good amount of energy but maybe not your maximum amount! Deeply open the hips, hamstrings and shoulders, fire up the core, play on your hands, open your heart and walk away from your mat feeling great. Sound good? Let's do this!

Hello, friends! If you're looking for an hour-long fun flow that gets your heart pumping, builds some nice heat and targets your hips...you've come to the right place! We have core strengthening along the way, arm balancing and inverting. The focus is on hip-opening and once we're really warm, I'll give you some options to take your bound angle pose (and your hips) to the next level. A block will be handy! Enjoy :)

Perfect for days when you have moderate energy but really want to open your hips deeply. We build heat on the early side with Series C variations that target the hips, build more fire in the belly with core work, open the shoulders and upper back and then make a beeline for those hips. Hamstrings and quads also get lots of love along the way. This is a great evening practice, post-run, hike or bike session, practice to do during your cycle, or practice for anytime you want to calm your nervous system, breathe deeply and release tension. You will sweat, but the emphasis is on long holds and deep release.

Well, if you're looking to seriously open your hips every which way from Sunday, here you go! We are working our way toward a possible grasshopper pose, but whether that arm balance happens today, or you end up working the building blocks, you will 100% walk away from your mat with open hips and hamstrings and freed up energy! Core strengthening, chest-opening, arm toning, hamstring-loving good fun all the way through. But the hips steal the show. Enjoy, yogis!

Lots of love for your hips in this flow that's all about using your practice to tune in and open up! Hamstring and shoulder-opening round things out, core strengthening gets you back to center, and playing on your hands is just good fun! A little arm balance mash-up, inversions at the wall or on your mat if you're ready, and whatever happens, the invitation to stay curious and practice patience and compassion! Feed what you want to grow ;) And this is an intermediate-to-advanced class so please listen to your body!

We take it slow in this hip and heart focused practice. There are so many emotions tucked away in these spaces of our body, so we move gently to offer an intentional release. Approach and work through discomfort in the asanas with gentle holds and deep breaths. Leave this practice feeling open physically and emotionally. Hope you enjoy! *Please note, if gomukhasana doesn't feel right for your knees, you can thread the needle on your back instead!
