Backbends and Core! If you're doing this as part of the whole practice, then you're warm enough to pick active backbends if you want them, otherwise, please do restorative backbends (options provided, 2 blocks are helpful!) Then we're going to fire up the core, oh joy! Nothing like a fire in the belly when you have little people counting on you, and a desire to show up for yourself and for them with the best you have to offer!
