Over 15 years ago, I embarked on my first yoga training without the slightest suspicion that this discipline would grow to become an integral part of my life.

I began with a Bikram training in 1999, and shifted to Vinyasa yoga in 2001 with the 200-Hour Sacred Movement Teacher Training in Los Angeles, studying with Max Strom, Shiva Rea, Saul David Raye, and Sherry Brourman. I continued my studies with a Bryan Kest Power Yoga Intensive, Pure Yoga Foundation Training with Rod Stryker and in 2011, I completed a 12-month anatomy course with Leslie Kaminoff at the Breathing Project in New York City.

My natural curiosity has led me to study many different styles and disciplines. I have taken many Iyengar and Anusara classes, Baron Baptiste workshops, as well as completed my Pilates certificate training in 2002. My teaching style is flowing, athletic and highly eclectic incorporating various influences including, Pilates, Strength Training, Plyometrics, Gyrotonics and anatomy. All inspired by the best practices of the many great teachers whom I have had the good fortune to meet.

My classes are an improvisational affair. No two classes are the same. I like to impart a sense of play, irreverence, and fun to promote a safe atmosphere of positive thinking and body awareness. My goal is to people walk away from their mats feeling renewed, refreshed and invigorated.
