Get Grounded! This class will focus on standing poses and the foundations to help you feel more balanced and aligned in them. A very heat building practice and focus is on the legs and hip flexors! This sequence will lead into backbends and include inversions to release the legs and bring the body back into balance.
Flip your world upside down with this inversion class taught by Joan Hyman. Warm up with a core sequence to connect to your center, then move into a deep flow focused on opening the shoulders and releasing the hamstrings to make it easy to get up and stay up! Each pose beginning with Handstand, Pincha Mayurasana, Sirsana, and Sarvangasana is broken down. Enjoy!
