Hi Yogis Anonymous family! I want you to know how much I value your dedication and hard work! My vision is to help YOU find the joy in fitness. I want to show you what you are capable of accomplishing through dedication, hard work, and movement. Filming with YA is an empowering experience; it's a positive environment with amazing people that I get to share with every week, so rewarding! I was born and raised in the beautiful Buenos Aires, Argentina, the "City of Tango." In 2013, I was trained in The BootyBarre, developed by world-renowned fitness and wellness expert, Tracey Mallett. In 2014, I was trained on The Sharp Method High Intensity (Pilates) and Svelte (BalletBarre) developed by Jasmine Sharp. My latest addition to my repertoire is The BASI Foundation and Comprehensive Pilates Program developed by Rael Isacowitz. Five years in the industry has taught me that eating clean and exercising regularly are the path to good health. We can't do one without the other, so a few years back I've started reading labels and learning body mechanics! And guess what? It works! I believe that practice makes perfect!
