In Session 3, we deal with resistance. It may be counter-intuitive, but when we start to shift in a positive direction, resistance of all kinds can arise--depression, rage, frustration, fear, lethargy. This week we lean into intense sensation, calmly. Our flow is sweaty, but filled with long holds so we can practice non-reactivity, and continue to strengthen ourselves so we can be with what is.
