The "Make The Shift" Challenge

The Make the Shift Challenge is comprised of four sessions designed to help you hit a serious reset button for your life if you feel stuck, depressed, afraid or uninspired. Each practice starts with a short talk about the topic of each week, a guided meditation, and a short yoga practice sequenced for all levels. Each session is meant to be done every day for a week, and each week builds on the next. If you're willing to spend less than an hour each day for one month working on your relationship with yourself, we guarantee you're going to feel a shift, and create a foundation for yourself so you can start to live in alignment with what's true for you.
