"Start where you are." We begin with a seated meditation to observe the general state of the mind, the quality of the thinking, and the relationship you're having with yourself. Then we flow, and use our practice to still the mind, or to erode the voice of the loud inner critic. Open every major muscle group, and begin the process of knowing yourself if you don't already.
