Moving Through Grief

Grief is part of life. We all lose people, sometimes through a parting of ways, a break up, or, in the most extreme cases, death. We understand that when we love people, there’s a chance we could be hurt, and that the more we love, the greater the potential to suffer. And yet, what is life without love? And can we not recognize that our grief is a reflection of the amount we gave our hearts to another person, and that there’s such beauty in that? Join author and grief therapist Claire Bidwell Smith for three talks and meditations to help you move through your grieving process. The last thing we need when we’re suffering, is to feel alienated or isolated. Give yourself some tools to acknowledge your pain so you can release it, but also to acknowledge your love.
