All right, yogis! This is a heat-building, joy-building flow that leads to some deep, big, juicy backbends! We'll be playing with extension and flexion throughout the practice and breathing deeply in so many ways! Expect breath of joy, Tibetan breath, lion's breath, and of course, ujayii breath -- breathe big! We'll play with ustrasana, monkey pose, anjaneyasana variations, and ways to put it all together if it feels right. Sometimes you feel like celebrating.

A deep reset for anytime you need one. We begin with conscious, deep breathing and grounding awareness of sensation. Some yin-style opening before we get on our feet for some very gentle, slow-moving, mindful flow, lots of forward folding, shoulder-opening, love for your hamstrings and hips. When we get back on the floor, we'll go deeper into the hips, shoulders and hamstrings, and end with some restorative heart-opening. If you need a nervous system reset, some healing and self-soothing, and a balm for whatever ails you, this is it. Two blocks, a strap and a couple of bolsters or couch pillows may be helpful.

Oh hey there! Let's play with standing splits, handstands, Lord of the Dance pose, backbends, our quadriceps, standing balance, balance on our hands, and how to stay balanced in this upside down world, shall we? It's going to be fantastic. Grab a couple of blocks and have a wall handy!

This flow is is all about the spine, backbends, and fluidity. We start with some grounding, and move into a little core work before we get on our feet and flow. You'll find standing balance, twists, and deep backbends along the way as we open the shoulders, upper back, quadriceps, psoas and hamstrings. Lord of the Dance pose is the peak, along with optional drop-backs. A block and a strap will be helpful. Enjoy, yogis!

Do you ever have days when you want a nice mix of heat-building and heart-pumping with long holds and deep breathing? Me, too! This is a bit of a yin-yang practice, where we have moments of intensity interspersed with moments where we are still and steady and breathing deeply. I think you'll like it. Grab a couple of blocks, and let's have some fun.

If you need some serious decompression, this is for you. We start with grounding, diving right into awareness of sensation. You will want to have a blanket and a couple of blocks handy, and if you have a bolster or a firm couch pillow, please grab that, too. This practice is a nervous system reset, we do a lot of breath-work including alternate nostril breathing, but it's also a yin-style practice with deep hip and hamstring opening and love for your shoulders, chest and upper back. Perfect for evening, or for anytime you are longing for deep nurturing relaxation.

This is an "energizer" class where we get things moving with a special emphasis on the hips! It's a feel-good flow for days when you have half the time but want twice the joy :)

This is an all-over feel-good flow with some extra love for the hips, and an opportunity for some nice deep heart-opening if it feels right today. Two blocks may be helpful. There will be twists and turns along the way. Please allow this to be time for you to get centered, breathe deeply, and see what you need.

Hello friends! This is a classic intermediate 90-minute flow class with an emphasis on hip-opening while working with the concept of ahimsa. Ahimsa is one of the five Yamas and it is the practice of nonviolence. Most yogis will get behind the idea of trying to be kind as you move through the world, but what about the quality of your inner dialogue? What about your expectations of yourself each day in a world that is presenting lots of challenges? Are they realistic expectations, or are you setting yourself up? Grab a couple of blocks, and maybe your dog, cat, goldfish or ferret, and let's play. Rufus my new rescue dog is learning how to be in the room during yoga. He's a puppy, but he's doing pretty well. Mostly. Enjoy!

Hello yogis! Grab a couple of blocks and maybe a blanket, and let's activate the 2nd and 3rd chakra powers! This is an energizing, creative flow with deep core connection and strengthening, possibly leading to a playful transition from Koundinyasana 2 into Ganda Bherundasana. Good times. Enjoy!
