This week, we dive into the power of being with what is. We let go of our need to control, grip or force, and breathe into the freedom of opening to things as they are. We observe our thoughts in meditation, rejecting nothing, coming back to the now, again and again if necessary. The flow is heart-opening and nurturing, the emphasis is on the breath, so you can stay present, and open up to love.
