This yoga sculpt flow is about building strength in our legs. We spend most of the flow in standing postures with repetitions and added weights, and a cameo from our fave, the resistance bands! Don't worry, if you don't have bands, there are variations to assist :) This sculpt is short and can be a perfect addition to your longer, lower body focused flow.
