In this offering, Dhaujee uses some of our favorite yoga asanas to isolate and tone core muscles. We kick it off with some mindful breaths and use that heat to get moving. Blocks and weights are added to keep it fiery but laughing at the bloopers will probably work your core, too! Wear cool clothes and have fun!!

In this yoga sculpt offering, Dhaujee introduces the bands as a prop to support muscle toning and strength. If you have a resistance band, great! If you don't, don't worry, you can still get the benefits of this yoga sculpt without one. The focus is finding strength and resistance in the outer and inner thighs that helps sculpt strong legs. This yoga sculpt flow is about building strength in our legs. We spend most of the flow in standing postures with repetitions and added weights, and a cameo from our fave, the resistance bands! Don't worry, if you don't have bands, there are variations to assist :) This sculpt is short and can be a perfect addition to your longer, lower body focused flow.
