Open your heart, but stay true to yourself with a strong center. Low lunges in series C get things started, followed by a crescent flow spiked with a bit of extra core strengthening. We stop along the way at Warrior 3, Twisted Ardha Chandrasana and a Twisted Crescent lunge before finishing with an option for Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1. Some heart and hip opening on the floor rounds it all out.
