Finding the sweet spot between opening your upper back and shoulders and keeping your core engaged is the goal of this flow. Plenty of full-body love expressed along the way. There are even some plyometrics for added fun.
This steady and mindful practice will help you feel less stressed and better overall! We dive deep into lunges and hamstring openers. We use slow-moving breath and sequencing to open some of the tightest areas of the body. Finish off with a relaxing heart opener on blocks and restore the body/mind in a healing Savasana!
A medium-heat flow for medium-energy days! You'll get a nice deep stretch in this well-rounded practice, but you can turn the heat up or down depending on how you feel! Please be good to yourself out there.
