A perfect practice when you're looking for "just enough!" We build some nice heat and use it to open the shoulders, hips, hamstrings and quads. There are options for crow pose and tripod headstand. You can do active or restorative backbends. Just a great practice to open things up, get your breath flowing and decompress. I did this after a long hike and it felt amazing. Enjoy, yogis!
