This one has it all, friends. We start with some grounding, and a little reminder that whatever it is you're trying to do and be in this world, it's all going to flow more fluidly when you have a full tank! We quiet the mind and work with the breath to calm the nervous system, and then we're off. You can expect a very energizing flow with some yogasculpt along the way (grab 2 blocks!), you're definitely going to feel your heart pumping and a fired-up core and glutes to go with it. Once we have all that heat, we're going into the shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Savasana is super sweet and well-earned. All in an hour! Enjoy, yogis!

In this flow, you'll send some love to your full body. A sweet warrior sequence gives us time to tap into breath, balance and movement. We strengthen the core and wind it down with some hip love before closing out with a meditation to ground you in embracing the fullness of life. If you're hungry for a quick yoga flow, this offering from Dhaujée will leave you nice and full!

Here is a go-to practice for days when you're short on time but know you'll feel so much better if you breathe deeply and open every major muscle group! Everything flows better when you flow first ;)

A perfect practice when you want to slow down, center yourself, and release tension from the shoulders, chest and upper back. The hips and hamstrings get plenty of love, but this practice is shoulder-focused. Deep, mindful breathing, longer holds. Inversions. Two blocks may be helpful. Guided meditation at the end. Treat this practice as a conversation you're having with your body, where the main question from moment-to-moment is, "Does this feel right?" Enjoy yogis!

This flow is all about strength-and-stretch. It's so good to build heat and open every major muscle group (your hips, hamstrings and shoulders are going to get a LOT of love here!) but it's also nice to have a really strong center! This is the perfect mix of yin/yang and I hope you enjoy, yogis :)

Oh, hello there! Were you looking for an energizing, heat-building flow that would get your heart-pumping and open up every major muscle group with special attention on your hips, hamstrings and shoulders? Did I say hips? Did you want something extra to fire up your core and leave you feeling amazing when you're in savasana? Well, then, you've come to the right place! Woot!

Perfect for days when you want to build some good heat, increase your energy, open deeply and release tension from every major muscle group! We do some extra fiery core and play with handstands if you're feeling it! A sweet cool-down leads us into a delightful savasana. Enjoy, yogis!

In this slow and steady flow, you will find release in your spine and hips. Those sweet spaces where we tend to dump a lot of stress and tension get some deserved TLC! Linking breath to motion, Dhaujee moves us through postures offering modifications and props to focus on a deep release. There are some moments of heat to shift the focus to mobility in the back and hip areas, but overall a sweet and smooth practice. Enjoy!

Want to go deep into some hip-opening in a short amount of time? Me, too! Get ready for an energizing, heat-building flow that targets the hips, hip flexors and quadriceps and gets us ready for lots of pigeon variations and our friend, the frog!
