Experience a powerful moving meditation in this Fly Strong Flow practice. Challenging upper body work and grounding standing postures are the focus of the first part of the practice. We open the hips and pelvis to prepare for Eka Pada Galavasana or Flying Pigeon pose. In the last half we work Inversions help to reverse the blood flow and we take a few backbends to create space in the heart. Hip openers and forward folds balance all the strength work. Enjoy yogis!
