Start with tuning into your breath and maybe adding an intention, which can take your yoga practice to a very special place. Ease into your practice with some basic stretches and then flow through series A a few times. Try jumping forward, not a big deal, just hop forward in stages. With a little practice you'll soon be hopping to the front of the mat with ease. Some warrior 2's and a little rant about being compassionate on the freeways of L.A. (or anywhere!) We build a mini flow and then cool down and relax.
