A quick and invigorating full body flow. Perfect for those mornings when you are short on time but want to have an intentional moment with your mind, body and breath. Be prepared to warm up the body and activate the breath in this short but sweet offering.

This is a flow that opens every major muscle group. We start with a little grounding and meditation, and move into a flow that's all about focusing on how you feel from moment-to-moment without attachment or agenda. You can expect lots of spinal mobility, shoulder, chest, upper back, hip and hamstring opening. Standing balance and arm balancing and inverting because nothing makes us focus like a good balance pose, and because they're fun when approached with curiosity. Enjoy, yogis! Being able to focus is not just fun, it's also freeing!

This is a high-energy core-blasting flow that incorporates core work on our backs, but also from dolphin plank and side plank. There's also time in dolphin pose with forearm stand prep (you can move into forearm stand if you wish, yogis!) but our focus is the core for sure! Have two blocks handy so I can torture you a little extra! You're welcome! (I promise we are going to laugh and have fun, don't worry! Laughing is the best core work!)

This is a fun, creative, twisty, energizing flow where we play with our friend Garuda in all kinds of ways! Expect shoulder, upper back and chest opening. Expect tons of love for your hamstrings and a visit from a special monkey! Expect to fire up your core so we can explore side crow (and I have you covered if it's hard for you!), eka pada koundinyasana 1, dwi panda, handstands with monkey and eagle variations, and a guided meditation at the end, along with a very quick story about Garuda, the gods, his mother and a snakepit! The moral of this story is you're going to feel great, and remember not to shrink yourself for anyone! Enjoy yogis! This is an advanced practice but I gave building blocks for everything, so intermediate yogis are welcome and encouraged!

Welcome to this practice on Tuning In! Take the time to look after yourself mindfully. Become aware of what you might need for refueling or to regain your inner balance, and allow that to happen. Enjoy a well-rounded flow that includes intention setting, cat/cow, sun salutes, warrior poses, core strengthening, heart/hip opening, spinal twists and savasana!

Welcome to a new year! We work with the idea of beginning again, or starting where you are! There's so much freedom and power in recognizing we can begin again at any time :) This is a juicy flow where we aren't in a rush. We start with grounding and a short meditation and then we start to move, breathe deeply and open! The hips, hamstrings, shoulders, chest, upper back and neck get tons of love, we fire up the core and play upside down. Monkey pose is on offer right side up and upside down (I did tweak my shoulder last week and had to modify a couple of things but it won't slow you down ;)) Wishing you the very best 2023 and sending you tons of love. SO grateful to be traveling with y'all!

A yummy, stretchy flow designed to open all the major muscle groups! Great after a hike or a very long day, or a delicious way to begin the day feeling open and easy.

This is an all-over feel-good flow with a definite hip focus. Perfect for days when you've been sitting too much (or feel like you might be "sitting on" some feelings)! We get the energy moving and the heart pumping and then we make a beeline for those hips (and hamstrings and quads). Don't worry, we're also going to open the shoulders, chest and upper back, but we're giving lots of extra love to the hips today! Options to play upside down in active or restorative ways. Stay hip, my friends.

Enjoy this slow-flow approach to a well-rounded yoga practice that emphasizes opening up the side body. We will breathe, move and stretch our way to feeling a little more open in body and mind.

Ready to fire up your core in all kinds of creative ways? Yes? Good! Grab a block and a strap and let's play! You may curse me a few times but I promise you two things: we will laugh together and you will get so strong from a practice like this! So, laughter and strength. Good, right? Let's do this!
