Yogic breathing, cat-cow variations, Series A and B broken down, a little Series C moment, Warrior 1 and 2 taught with plenty of alignment guidance, triangle and half moon at the wall if needed, backbends, core strengthening, inversions, hip and hamstring opening and a nice savasana!!
Grab a strap (a towel or tie could work!) and explore going deep into the hamstrings through this well rounded slow flow. We also incorporate standing balancing poses to challenge the core and lots of breathwork.
A well rounded slow flow with emphasis on practicing healthfully and mindfully so the asanas are sustainable. In the yoga sutras we are taught to bring sthira and sukha or "effort and ease" into every posture. Let's practice!
