This is a twisty, energizing flow where we wring ourselves out, get centered and fly! A block may be helpful. Expect core strengthening, arm balancing, hip, shoulder and hamstring-opening and lots of twists on our feet and on the floor. You may end up in grasshopper pose or you may explore a variation on the way there, just stay open and curious!
