All kinds of monkey business today, folks! Join Kate for a deep backhanding, core strengthening, arm-balancing extravaganza. A blanket will be helpful, you may also want to have a block and strap handy. We're going to play with a variation of monkey pose that is also a very deep backbend! It's a whole mood in itself! There are also options to play with one-legged crow and side crow from tripod headstand. Calm your monkey mind and feed your monkey spirit!

Invisible fibers of the heart itself stretch open so we can feel the connection we have to our loved ones, teachers, guides, to our ancestors and the earth itself. When we can bring our best and truest selves to whatever we face, we have the best chance to have the lion's heart, sensing the interconnectedness of all things. Grab all the props and get ready to roar.

Oh hello yogis! If you're looking for a deep hip and hamstring opening flow with lots of core work, arm balances and inversions, here you go! Lots of heat-building and mindful sequencing so you're prepared to play with poses like bird of paradise, koundinyasana 2, compass pose, astavakrasana, wide straddles in tripod headstand and handstand, and some deep poses that dive into those hips once we're warm. Guided meditation in Savasana xx Intermediate yogis welcome, please listen to your body!

A heart-opening flow inspired by the great Martha Graham who believed the purpose of dance was to illuminate the struggles of the human experience and to explore human nature. Grab your mat and let's dance and flow and illuminate it all together!

This practice is all about coming back to center. We start with grounding techniques and tune into the breath. We build heat and you will find core work is interlaced throughout the practice. Once we're nice and warm, we will play with traditional headstand. Pro tip I meant to mention but didn't: if you are comfortable in a headstand but new to lifting the legs rather than bending your knees or taking a little "hop" working in a corner might help you feel secure! Enjoy!

This practice is all about moving through the midline to get extremely centered! It's about processing all the unprocessed experiences so we can walk away feeling like we've integrated whatever is flying around in our mental, emotional and physical space. If you're looking for a little "upward" energy, here you go! .

I love a classic, 90-minute practice where we get to go deep. I know you might not be able to fit that in every day, but when you can, your whole nervous system and physical body will thank you. In this class we spent some time getting grounded on the front end with prananyama and other techniques to help the mind quiet. Then we got busy building heat, opening deeply (hips and hamstrings get extra love today) and going upside down. Yoga Nidra in savasana to send you floating off your mat. Enjoy, yogis!

When the world feels overwhelming, sometimes it's really good to turn our attention to one small thing and really get in there! That's just what this practice is about. You are going to need a strap and an open mind! Enjoy, yogis!

19 minutes of awesome, right here. Serious core strengthening, breath-of-fire, outer-hip-opening, upper back strengthening and lots of fun upside down! Get ready to cross your legs in playful ways and discover strength (and muscles) you didn't know you had!

Need a little push to come out of your shell today? Look no further! We get right to it in this flow, build lots of heat and dive deeply into the hamstrings! You'll also give plenty of love and attention to your shoulders, hips and core, but the hamstrings are our focus as we head toward all kinds of wide straddles right side up and upside down on our way to a possible tortoise pose and firefly pose. Enjoy, friends!
