Ready for a festival of lights on your mat? The triumph of light over darkness and insight over ignorance. Good stuff! Get ready for lots of breath-work, and some fun explorations with forearm stand and hollowback stag pose (maybe at the wall)!

Hello friends! In this flow we're going to work toward twisting half moon in all kinds of creative and meaningful ways. Count on lots of twists, IT band opening, and love for your outer-hips along the way. You'll also find some fiery ab work in forearm plank and other juicy surprises. Grab two blocks and let's start the party!

We're moving toward Lord of the Dance pose so you can count on lots of shoulder, chest, upper back and quadriceps opening along with twists and forward folds to keep us centered. Monkey pose makes an appearance and you may decide to explore that pose in forearm stand as well. One-legged King Pigeon Pose II is a potential stop on this journey, so you may want to grab a strap. Keep breathing and keep moving (heart) forward!

Intermediate yogis welcome and encouraged, just please pick the options that make sense for you along the way and always listen to your body! This is a playful backbend flow that will leave you feeling open and energized! We build lots of heat and open the hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, shoulders, chest and upper back so you are all set to explore some deeper backbends! If you're comfortable on your hands, we will incorporate backbends into our inversion practice (if not, I will give you tons of building blocks to work on). You can expect handstand and forearm stand with options to work at the wall. We will play with scorpion pose (again, I will show you how to approach at the wall if you're starting this exploration) and stag pose. Savasana is guaranteed to be sweet!

Ready to play with some cosmic energy balls and get that shakti flowing? Then this is for you! Please grab two blocks and a blanket and get ready to find your through-line as we play. Lots of standing balance, tons of deep hamstring opening, twists, backbends in surprising places, pigeon variations and so much fun. Let's get witchy, yogis!

Hi yogis! Are you ready to go on an inversion journey? Yay! Grab two blocks and a bolster for your ticket to ride! In this 47-minute flow we play with tripod headstand, traditional headstand, forearm stand and handstand! You can expect some nice core work to get you fired up, and detailed instruction about how to safely and intelligently approach these poses. I'll break things down into bite-sized pieces, so if you aren't ready to go upside down today (and I'll tell you how to figure out if you are or aren't) you'll have plenty to work on to move toward these poses! Cool, huh? I think so too, let's do it!

The focus of this flow class is the core and twists. We do some stretching and strengthening on the floor, moving up to the feet. Once standing we do a few rounds of Uddiyana Bandha, a navel lock. This is great for discovering and toning the core. Next we flow with some sun salutations, a bit more core work and standing poses. We breathe our way toward some arm balances as an extension of base poses. Even if you don't get up in bakasana or revolved koundinyasana, you will be setting the foundation for them with squats and twists. Enjoy!

Hello friends! Ready for an energizing, creative flow that may or may not lead to visvamitrasana? Awesome, grab a couple of blocks and let's play. You can expect lots of shoulder, hip, hamstring and side-body opening, along with standing balance, core strengthening, and so much more. Enjoy, yogis!

Yogis, if you're looking to shift your perspective, please grab two blocks and follow me! We're going to deeply open the hips, shoulders and hamstrings so we can play with arm balances including koundinyasana 2 and inversions including many different headstand variations (please be sure your neck feels good and you have a long-term headstand practice if you do the variations!) Enjoy!
