Hello, yogis! Welcome to a heat-building, sweat-inducing, energizing, fun flow! This practice definitely has advanced options and transitions, for example, we'll be playing with handstands and eka pada koundinyasana 2, and you may decide to try a transition from one to the other...or you may not! Intermediate students are welcome! The idea is to stay open to the possibilities. It would be odd and probably not very helpful if you could do everything easily...unless you were looking for a practice that was about maintenance or calming your nervous system or something that was more yin. But when you want a challenge...hopefully you're going to find a few things that are...well...challenging! That's how we grow. Two blocks and a strap may be helpful for some. You may want the wall for your handstands. Make it work, keep breathing, and let's do this.

Greetings, yogis! Welcome to your turbo flow with Kate! Your shoulders, upper back and core are about to feel some feelings! Your hips and hamstrings are about to open. There are all kinds of fun surprises along the way, vasistasana 3 if you'd like it, eka pada koundinyasana 2, dolphin pose presses, and jackknife forearm stand variations using a wall. Please use a wall and not a door because we love you. Also, this is Ally. I found this incredibly sweet opener of Kate's when I was editing this class, and sometimes life is amazing like that. The gratitude I feel for Kate, all the teachers on the site, and all of you is so enormous there isn't enough space here to hold it. But I thank you. And Kate, I love you xx

All right, yogis! This is a heat-building, joy-building flow that leads to some deep, big, juicy backbends! We'll be playing with extension and flexion throughout the practice and breathing deeply in so many ways! Expect breath of joy, Tibetan breath, lion's breath, and of course, ujayii breath -- breathe big! We'll play with ustrasana, monkey pose, anjaneyasana variations, and ways to put it all together if it feels right. Sometimes you feel like celebrating.

Oh hey there! Let's play with standing splits, handstands, Lord of the Dance pose, backbends, our quadriceps, standing balance, balance on our hands, and how to stay balanced in this upside down world, shall we? It's going to be fantastic. Grab a couple of blocks and have a wall handy!

This flow is is all about the spine, backbends, and fluidity. We start with some grounding, and move into a little core work before we get on our feet and flow. You'll find standing balance, twists, and deep backbends along the way as we open the shoulders, upper back, quadriceps, psoas and hamstrings. Lord of the Dance pose is the peak, along with optional drop-backs. A block and a strap will be helpful. Enjoy, yogis!

This is an all-over feel-good flow with some extra love for the hips, and an opportunity for some nice deep heart-opening if it feels right today. Two blocks may be helpful. There will be twists and turns along the way. Please allow this to be time for you to get centered, breathe deeply, and see what you need.

Hello yogis! Grab a couple of blocks and maybe a blanket, and let's activate the 2nd and 3rd chakra powers! This is an energizing, creative flow with deep core connection and strengthening, possibly leading to a playful transition from Koundinyasana 2 into Ganda Bherundasana. Good times. Enjoy!

Hey yogis, would you like to have some fun? Wouldn't that be nice? Let's do it! Grab a couple of blocks and get ready for this juicy, hip-opening flow that is all about being playful. There are a lot of opportunities to get upside down - handstand, headstand, and Pincha, and fun arm balances like crow and flying pigeon. There's sneaky core work and creative transitions that will have you flying or at least giggling as you try. Take what feels right for today and leave the rest, you can always do this practice more than once! Let's just have some fun and see what happens, shall we? That's always the best approach :)

This is a fierce flow designed to get the energy moving, open the shoulders, hips, hamstrings and upper back, strengthen the core, and prepare for arm balances and inversions including bhujapidasana and gandha berundanasana. Hips, backbends, inversions, and arm balances leading into juicy hip, hamstring and shoulder opening. Enjoy, yogis! Hello friends! Join Brent for this feel-good flow that will open up every major muscle group and help you develop deeper awareness about where you're feeling strong and open, and where you might still have room to grow. Maybe the standing balance poses come easy to you, and the twists feel open, but the inversions present a challenge. Or maybe the inversions are happening, but the binds are out of reach (see what I did there?) This practice invites you to consider - if something is stopping me from finding a pose, what is it? Is it a lack of strength, or a lack of confidence? Is it tightness in your shoulders, or is there room to strengthen your core? There's no rush, you don't have to figure it all out in one session...you can keep comin' back! Maybe save this to your favorites and practice until the poses that aren't coming easily start to reveal themselves to you. You might want a couple of blocks and a strap. Enjoy!
