Hello, yogis! This is an energetic practice with lots of heat-building and core work to make you nice and warm. You're welcome! With all that heat, we give the hamstrings lots of love and attention with variations of side plank that include one-legged side plank and extended hand-to-big-toe pose, but we also open things up with a wide stanced ardha hanumanasana and other goodies, along with active and restorative backbends to balance out all the back-body opening with some front-body sweetness. Enjoy every minute! (Intermediate yogis welcome just listen to your body!) A strap may be helpful.

If life is pulling you off center, this is a practice that will help you bend and not break. We start with a kriya for mental health and a little Avatar imagery, and then we take off! Expect lots of hip, hamstring and shoulder opening, yogis! You will need a blanket and the desire to go on a little journey. Compass pose, lotus pose, lolasana, pigeon pose variations and all kinds of fun along the way.

This practice is focused on opening and releasing. We build some good heat, but we take our time doing it. There's a nice balance between dynamic flow and long holds so the heat we build and our deep breathing work in combination to help our bodies let go. The hips get a lot of love in this practice so that we can play with pigeon variations, half lotus, marichyasana options and lotus pose. A strap may be helpful. We end with Yoga Nidra in Savasana. If you're looking for something deep and thorough, this is for you. Intermediate students are welcome, options for all advanced poses are offered. Please listen to your body and enjoy!

This practice is about hamstring flexibility, core strength, and the possibility of piking into inversions. You can opt out of that last treat if you wish and keep your feet on the ground today and make it about strengthening your core, but for those of you interested in piking, I have lots of tips for you!
