Evening out your energy is a daily practice, the balancing of Shiva + Shakti is a dance that is eternal, internally and externally. This practice begins with Nadi Shodana to purify the masculine and feminine nerve channels of the body. Balancing acts on all fours move up off the ground into plank and more challenging/heating arm balancing (Lolasana & Tolasana) and standing balance situations.
