Get deep into your core in this short flow practice! Flow to build heat and use your core for transitions and variations. Plank work builds strength in the center body and we move into a few abdominal sequences on the back to go even deeper into the core. Standing postures develop full body awareness and we do more core work on the back before stretching everything out. Backbends and twists balance you out and a relaxing savasana tops it all off.
