Work on connecting with your breath and grounding yourself in the present as you move through a series of difficult asanas. This class focuses on accepting yourself where you are now while working toward your positive intentions. We'll start with a gentle warm up, then there will be sun salutations, standing poses, arm balancing, core work, inversions, back-bends, hip-openers, forward folds, spinal twists and savasana.
