If you're looking for a shorter practice that packs a punch, here you go! The hips get a lot of love in this flow, but so do the shoulders and hamstrings! You'll have options to add handstands and headstands along the way, but even if you don't invert, you will breathe deeply, get your heart pumping and walk away from your mat feeling open and energized!

We start this practice reclining on our mats with a series of twists. There is an emphasis on inward hip rotation to de-compress the sacrum, and some core work. On our feet, we weave balance and standing poses in sun salutations. We end with backbends and an inversion. Enjoy!
