Start with the breath and then think about setting an intention. It's one of the things that makes yoga so powerful. Take it easy and follow along as we build an approachable flow. Breathe your way to warrior II, reverse warrior, and extended triangle pose. Finish off the standing sequence with a prayer twist and some hip opening. Open your heart with a restorative bridge pose, fire up your core and then try a supported shoulder stand, or run your legs up the wall for an inversion. A little stretching and forward folding and then savasana where you can really take it easy.
