A beautiful, mindful, delicious way to start your day, open up your body, and quiet your mind. Hips, shoulders and hamstrings get some love, and two blocks, a strap and a blanket will be helpful, though you can always improvise! Have a wonderful day, yogis!

Finding balance within your body, mind and breath is really the thing, isn't it? That's what this practice is all about. Can you breathe calmly and steadily even if you're feeling unsteady? Can you stay balanced in your mind even when you're a little wobbly in your body? Grab a block or two and let's work on it!

This practice is about your "back body" which simply means we'll be targeting your shoulders, upper back, glutes and hamstrings, but we'll also be balancing things out by opening across the chest, and strengthening the core and quadriceps. We'll be working toward dolphin pose and dolphin plank pose. Two blocks and a strap will be helpful as we build strength and breathe together!

This is a gentle but deep practice for all levels that focuses on forward folds. This is a beautiful class do to at the end of your day, or anytime you want to deeply calm your nervous system and open your hips, hamstrings and shoulders. Forward folding is an invitation to tune in, slow down, and be with yourself in a curious and compassionate way. Please breathe deeply and mindfully and have two blocks, a strap and a blanket handy. Enjoy, yogis.

A mindful, steady, gentle practice that targets shoulder, hip and hamstring-opening with a special emphasis on gently and safely opening the heart space. Long holds and deep breathing round out the practice as we cool down and move into a restful savasana. Perfect for an end-of-day practice, or anytime you want something deep, steady and mindful to calm your nervous system and open every major muscle group. All levels welcome. Enjoy, yogis!

Carrying a lot of tension in your shoulders and neck? Let's get the RIGHT muscles to hold up your head! You'll need a chair (preferably an armless chair) and a couple of firm blankets! This is a slow-moving, mindful practice that will get you working in a different way and deepen your awareness of habits that might be causing the wrong muscles to do the heavy lifting while the right muscles are neglected. Enjoy and breathe, yogis!

This class is an introduction to the Hatha yoga method taught by Jasmine Lieb, where healthy diaphragmatic breathing (free from tension, compression, and strain) forms the basis for discovering space and support in YOUR body.

We need strong glutes and hamstrings for all kinds of reasons. But we tend to lose our a$$ as we age... and overall strength and balance. All you need is a little extra support - chair, sofa, bed - to safely strengthen your backside in modified standing poses that are guaranteed to get your rear in gear. The bonus of strengthening from standing is challenging balance, which also gets your brain in gear. This session alternates between strengthening and releasing and is appropriate for any body that needs a little extra support and a little more power in the rear engine.

We are all asymmetrical. Sensing what's off-kilter in our pelvis and core is especially tricky to pinpoint. This practice uses blocks to help us feel our center. Think of the block as the friend you can trust to tell you the truth and set you straight. These insights give us options to consider: What feedback am I missing? Where do I need to be stronger? Where might I need to be softer? What can I change? What can I accept? Do I need new friends? ;) How can we better support ourselves and each other so that we all feel a little more centered?
