For this practice we will be working with grounding and empowering energy. Focusing on leg strength, we will connect to ourselves, our bodies, and explore "standing our ground" in the present moment. To do this we employ standing poses such as Mountain, Warrior Two, Lunges and, of course, Chair Pose!!!
