Often we store emotion in the hips and inner thigh area. Sometimes we don't even realize what we're "sitting on"! Connect to your breath and let sensation and intuition guide you. Build heat slowly, and use the heat to open up and release tension, whether it's physical or emotional. Class concludes with a calming pranayama exercise to quiet the mind and help you take your practice off the mat.
