What can a Yogis Anonymous membership do for you?
I'm a yoga instructor and I rely on Yogis Anonymous for my own practice. The instructors are creative and knowledgeable. Yogis Anonymous allows me to practice on my own time and choose whatever I'm in the mood for - sometimes mellow, sometimes challenging. There is never-ending variety. I've saved many classes in my "Watch List" that I like to return to again and again.
I love to be challenged but I also like to be “lead” and cued on how to approach different asanas... especially ones that aren’t frequently taught in your typical studio class...
I can't say enough about how Yogis Anonymous has improved my life. As a working mom who wants to spend as much time as I can with my family, Yogis Anonymous allows me to prioritize me and my health while maximizing the time I spend with my family.
Hi yogis! This intermediate class will allow you to reduce body tension, counter stress, quiet difficult emotions & release negative thinking. Meditate on your breath during challenging balancing poses, arm balances, inversions & heart openers. Integrate the benefits of the practice back into your daily life. Enjoy!
Be present, tap into that well of silence and wisdom within you, and enjoy flying hip openers and mad abs! Eka pada koundinyasana II, galavasana and dragonfly are on the menu, with lots of hip, hamstring and shoulder opening along the way! Savasana is a just dessert.
