This class is perfect if you're short on time and want a fun practice that will get your heart rate up. We start off with sun salutations to warm up the body, then move into a flow offering gentle reps and pulses that will sculpt those muscles. You'll feel the heat in your core, for sure, but this is a full body energizer! A block and hand weights are suggested, but improvise if you need. Enjoy!!
