This is a super gentle practice for days when you just want to stretch, release and open. Maybe you're feeling low energy, you might be on your cycle or fighting a cold or just needing a practice that's all about nurturing yourself and calming your nervous system. Lots of deep, mindful breathing, just enough slow flow to approach the shoulders, hips and hamstrings with the desire to release any tension - physical or emotional.
