This is a deep hamstring-and-hip-opening journey that may or may not lead you into astavakrasana (eight-angle pose). This pose has us moving in all different directions! You need open hamstrings, hips and shoulders, you need a fired up core. You need to be ready to play with balance and counter-balance and maybe even fall on your face or your asana a bunch of times along the way! But more than all of that you need an open mind and the willingness to play. Ready to move and breathe and see what happens? *Please note! There are advanced poses in this flow but there are also tons of variations and building blocks to help you explore where you are now, and how you might move your edge a little bit! And there is Yoga Nidra in savasana, so no matter what happens you'll walk away from your mat with bliss in your heart <3

Don't enjoy crunches and sit-ups? Embedded in this flowy practice, we engage the core in creative ways. A strong core is imperative in balance poses, both on the feet and hands. In this class, we play with eagle, half-moon, side plank with variations, and crow pose. I instruct you to use the core moving in sun salutations, in and out of standing poses, and balancing. Enjoy!

Fire up your core and lower body with this quick yoga sculpt. Dhaujée takes us through 3 sequences that heat up the entire body but really focus on core, booty and hip toning. Perfect if you are short on time but still want a mindful sweat. If you have more time, you can always repeat the sequences or add more reps. Enjoy!

We pack a lot into this short practice and you may even find yourself on the way to kurmasana (tortoise pose) by the end! Please don't force a thing, though, just move, breathe and be good to you!

We open with a wide-legged forward bend, side lunges, and stretching. We follow with some strength for arms and core. We begin to flow with sun salutations, standing poses, and balance. We finish with backbends, inversions and savasana. Enjoy!
