Work your inner thighs and outer hips to find stability and strength, fire up your core, and approach this practice with curiosity. A couple of firm blocks might help you find your handstand straddle, but whether you lift-off or stay right-side-up today, we're going to move, breathe, work and have some fun! You can expect lots of creative and powerful core strengthening mixed into our flow, an exploration of dolphin pose with the option for forearm stand, lots of inner thigh and outer hip engagement, frog hops, and a possible handstand straddle.
