We thought about naming this class "Kate Light" but there are a lot of advanced poses in this flow, it's really that the pace is slow and steady. Sometimes you need to widen the circle, and other times you need to draw your energy inward. This practice is all about working with your energy and leaning into your own flow. We'll play with expansion and contraction in all kinds of fun ways. Baby grasshopper shows up on this ride, along with pigeons in many varieties, handstand play on the mat and at the wall, and time to build a fire and also draw the heat back in. Enjoy, yogis!

Hand over that which is too much to carry! We start with a little alternate nostril breathing and then we are off! Keeping things centered, expect to play with pigeon pose, monkey pose, warrior 3 and forearm stand in funky ways. Two blocks will be helpful! Put the heavy things down, grab your mat and let's get a little lighter as we head into a new year, shall we?
